Anger is the denial of your creatorship and that you could possibly be the cause of your anger. Anger is simply being stuck in the past or on a particular situation. Forgive and forget. Let go of it, it's not serving you, so just move on. Being angry will only produce more things to be angry about.
Are you the victim filled with steam waiting to blow-up? It's hard to not get angry sometimes, but what's the point? If you get angry, become conscious of it. Look at your story and see if there's a wound there or if you've forgotten to forgive yourself or someone. It's just a story, forgive and forget.
Give yourself the gift of forgiveness, forgive others and forgive yourself because the only one you're harming is yourself. And how can you really be angry at another anyway, what you're really angry at is an aspect of yourself, let it go.
